Martyn Crucefix's recent poetry collections include The Lovely Disciplines (Seren, 2017); a re-imagining of Virgil's Aeneid, Cargo of Limbs (Hercules Editions, 2019); and Between a Drowning Man (Salt, 2023). His acclaimed translations of Rilke include Change Your Life: Essential Poems (Pushkin Press, 2024). His translation of These Numbered Days by Peter Huchel (Shearsman, 2019) won the Society of Authors’ Schlegel-Tieck Prize in 2020. A translation of Jurgen Becker's Foxtrot at the Erfurt Stadium is due in 2026.
